Is this email a scam email? Is it really from Sky? because it is asking me for my password and threathening to delete my sky email account.

No it's not from Sky. Just mark it as spam. You can imagine what would happen if you disclosed your password!

That isn't a Sky email address and not only that I am going to guess that the email does not address you by your first name but instead says something Kim "Dear User" as these are two ways amongst others. to spot scam emails like this.
