I recieved an email today and I'm not sure if it's scam or not

@Jessica+Starmer  It's a scam there are not mailbox updates happening and even if tney were you wouldn't need to follow any links etc 

 

It's an attempt to get personal details from you for scammers to use

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Your photos need to be approved so in the meantime I'll try to assist.
If the messages are about the upgrade of the Mail account & that you need to confirm your account in order to continue then this is a known scam. 
If the email is about something else then if there's a log in link then do not click on this but go direct to the Sky website to check for any problems.

It is a scam as Sky would not send you an email out of the blue with a link or button that it wants to to click on. Any updates to the email service will be done by Sky or Yahoo and not the user.

 

Mark this email as spam and keep doing so should you be sent anymore.
