That is a scam as Sky would not email you out of the blue asking you to click a link like that.
My guess is that this email also doesn't address you by your actual name and instead says something like Dear User/Member, if so that is another sign it isn't from Sky.
Mark the email as spam and do the same should you be sent anymore.
