Still waiting to access my emails since early hours today

That's the actual tech team. 

They raise it with Yahoo and about a week later you should be back in.

I lost 3 weeks of emails due to it. 

I have a Gmail address now and moved all important stuff to that.

This is a completely different issue. There's no point calling. Sky are aware of the problem.

This is the first Sky Yahoo Mail outage for many months, if not a year or more.

Hi, all of a sudden I can't access my sky email account and I get a message stating "rate limited' and 'Skyidapp.sky.com' comes up in my Browser and freezes. Any ideas?

I have had my sky email for the last 15 years and I am trying to log into my email and it keeps buffing and not letting me in. It is trying it's hardest but not letting me in. Any advise please, would be greatful. Thankyou

What are Sky doing to fix this situation and keeping their customers up to date?

As Sky Yahoo Mail is free, that's unlikely. You can, of course, use the workarounds previously suggested until the problem with the web version is resolved.

As per the posts from earlier has anyone tried this link:

If the same happens then your emails can be accessed via apps or programs like Outlook as this is not affected by these login issues.
