access to email account

when i try to access my email account it comes up with verify picture post i am not a robot then goes to next page saying 6 digit code sent to the email address i cant access    how do i get around this as it will never let me access my account in an alternative way either

Are you able to access your account via an app or program like Outlook or whatever you have installed on your device ?
