Deleted e mails and Contacts

Last Wednesday night my Sky Yahoo e mail was hacked , and the hacker deleted the contents of my Inbox , Sent mail , and Contacts list. I have managed to get my Inbox e mails restored with help from the Yahoo Mail restore team. However , they have not restored my Sent mail.

When I follow the online advice to restore my Contacts , I can find the Contacts icon , but when opening it not a reference to Deleted contacts.

Is any Sky Community advice available ?

I have a similar problem.  Did you ever find the deleted contacts?
