Is Sky Yahoo Email down just now ?

• Mail.yahoo.com is saying temporarily unavailable, downloaded yahoo app but not ideal as all my saved folders have not come through.

You could use the Outlook app with these settings:

Select either "Other" or "Not Yahoo" then use these settings:

Incoming Mail (IMAP) Server

Server - imap.tools.sky.com
Port - 993
Requires SSL - Yes

Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server

Server - smtp.tools.sky.com
Port - 465
Requires SSL - Yes
Requires authentication - Yes

You will then need to generate a 16 digit password and use that instead of your usual one, you can do that here:

Multiple users saying sky emails are down but sky cannot be bothered to notify sny of their customer via any social to let you know there is a problem.

The fact its been down for nearly 24 hours they are not working very hard to fix it. BT goes down you are notified and often its fixed inside 30 minutes.

I am unable to access my emails I put in password etc and it just hangs.

Can't access yahoo emails. Is there still an issue?

It's now 1.03am 24th July and I STILL can't access my emails!!! 

I've tried going through yahoo mail etc but doesn't work, just takes me to the same sky yahoo mail after putting my email address and password in. It generates a digital passcode which I enter and then NOTHING, just a blank window!!

Access your Sky Yahoo Mail from any computer with an internet connection by using your Sky ID and password to sign in to your account. Once you sign in, all your familiar settings will be there waiting for you.

Actually scrap having to click first link above, amazingly you can literally just click the 'sign in to your account' in blue in above post and it'll take you straight there! Try it!!

My Sky Yahoo mail came back on line about 4pm yesturday afternoon (Tuesday) and has worked fine since then.
