Increasing font size on sky mailbox

Hi, how do you increase the font size for sky mailbox please? It only lets me increase the font size for  new emails. Thank you

On what device do you access your emails so phone, tablet, computer etc ?

@Melanie20 if you're using your browser on a desktop or laptop, you can use Ctrl+ to increase the text size (Ctrl- to reduce it). On a portable device, use the usual thumb and finger pinch to expand the text.

If you're using a mail app, you're constrained by whatever the app settings provide to expand the text.

I suspect you are using a browser on a PC to view your emails.

If so, try holding down the control key (ctrl) and using the plus and minus keys to change the size on the screen.

Try the same, hold down the CTRL button and press the + button until you get to the required size.
