Hi, all my new emails are now coming into my Archive folder. How do I change this. When I look in settings on my iPad the incoming option is not shown. Anybody help me on this

Have you logged in here:

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/

Go to Settings > More Settings > Filters and check that there isn't anything here that could be causing this.

I have not got the option of more settings

You should have as you can see here, the settings can be found via the screw like icon at the top right.

No I have not got this option

You need to be using a pc or laptop, or a device in 'desktop mode' to see the more settings option.
