Im trying to update my phone number connected to my email address, how do i do it

Im trying to update my phone number in the settings of my email address,  but its not working

@Pete225 if you still have the old phone which is still receiving the codes, you can log in to your Online Account Manager to turn off 2 step login. See Sky's help here: https://www.sky.com/help/sky-yahoo-mail/two-step-verif/articles/two-step-verification

 

Alternatively if you still have your Recovery Code you can use it to turn off 2 step login directly.

 

You can then re-set up 2 step login again with your new mobile number.

 

If you have neither your old phone nor the Recovery Code, you'll have to call Sky, I'm afraid, to turn off 2 step login on your behlaf.

I'm not quite sure what you're trying to update - do you mean the mobile number which receives the Verification Code when you're logging in to Sky Yahoo Mail?

Yes exactly its a very old phone number i haven't used for years
