I RECEIVE EMAILS OK AND CAN REPLY TO THEM, BUT CANNOT SEND AN EMAIL TO ANYONE ELSE

Are you using an email client or viewing emails via the website?

If client which one are you using - Windows Mail, Outlook email, Thunderbird etc?

Is there any error message when you try sending emails?

Have you deleted the account & recreated it again? If using an email client try using the Yahoo option rather than Other or manual.
