His details have been changed so cannot get in. Help telephone number not working as we are abroad. Help chat not helpful, does not appear to be any live chat linked to a sky employee. Help urgently needed

How do you know the account has been hacked if you can't get logged in and what is happening when you try to ?

Three people have contacted him via other methods to let him know begging email has been sent off his account. Daughter sent us a screen shot and the details behind the email address are his

When we do forgot password option it asks a security question which has been changed. Can't see other email option

That still doesn't mean he has been hacked as it could be a spammer is sending ouyt emails to make it look like they are being sent by him as this is something to do.
