How do I change a previous Sky email recovery link email address?

Hi Sky Community,

I have 2 Sky email accounts set up a long time ago, my primary one and an additional user one for my Mum.

They were both set up when I was working with a company that I left over 4 years ago and my Mum's, recovery email address is my previous company's email which I no longer have access to.

The problem is she can't access the links within the Forgotten Password section as the link is being sent to the old inaccessible email address.

Also, the security question does not seem to be valid as it comes up as the 1st street you lived in, which does not seem to work with an additional users email address.

How do I reset the original link address, it is not editable within the Sky ID Account details page.

I have tried Sky on the phone with little success, any help will be appreciated.

Your mother needs to login to this link with her usual login details and from here she should be able to change her recovery email address:

https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details

The problem is she only accesses email by iPhone and iPad and has forgotten or doesn't know her current password.

I'm trying to reset her password via Forgotten Password but the link still keeps going back to the old defunct email address.

Unless she can remember the password then I don't think there is anyway around this as the password is needed so the recovery email address can be changed.

I'm not an Apple user (thank goodness) but does this help in finding the password stored in Apple Mail?
