How to stop e mails being marked spam

I have a weekly e mail from a group I belong to. Every week it is sent to my spam box. Every week I mark it not spam and it moves the e mail to my inbos and says these e mails will no longer be treated as spam.  Next week the new e mail goes into my spam box. Help seems to stop at marking the email "not spam" as if that stops the problem, but it does not.  How do I keep tgese e mails out of my spam permanently?

Are you logging in via an app or emal client, or via the Sky website?

You could try setting up a filter to say that emails from that address must go to the inbox. You need to do this via your online Sky email account,

I wondered about that, but I think the filter can only send them to a separate folder, not to the Inbox.

I have never done it myself as I don't really use my account, so if that is the case @alliebee it might be worth setting up a separate folders for these emails then setting up a filter to see if you can get the emails automatically put in this folder instead of having them marked as spam.
