Are you able to look at your messaging app on the phone to see if it is there, also in this messaging app if you see three horizontal dots at the top right, select it and then where it says spam to see if this text message with the code can be found in this spam folder.

Re: How to remove 2 step verification

LIKEWISE !

When I retired I worked a a Senior School Examination Officer and getting Children to not have btheir phones on them during Exams was a nightmare...and of course many Schools now ban then in Class....and children are now begining to be prevented from maccessing unsuitable Media......as they spent 9 hours a day on it. I find it amusing in Restaurants to observe youn people NOT talking to each other but all absorbed in scrolling on their phones !

Re: How to remove 2 step verification

Sky's Accessibility Team can do something for you if you call Sky., explain your poor eyesight and ask to speak to the Accessibility Team.

The only problem is the Accessibility Team is pretty much inaccessible as they've had hundreds of requests. I had to phone three times before I spoke to a Tech guy who knew the procedure ; he would fill in a form with your details for the Accessibility Team to take off the 2 step verification in about 5 working days. The unfortunate thing is they need an unusual 4 digit number you'll have somewhere, (I won't say where for security), but it's in small print so have glasses or someone who could read better on stand by when you call them.
