@Angel2807

You can't cancel it as this has been rolled out to everyone now, if you select the remember me option when logging in then all things being well you should remain logged in for 30 days as long as you do not logout.

Thanks but I only see 'remeber me' option on the email log i, not sky log in - is there way to make 'trusted Browser'? I normally log in on my desktop and find it quite frustratng if i dont have my mobile on me!

@Shaz594089 the remember me for 30 days  is only present on the Sky Yahoo Mail login.

If you log in here you can go straight to Sky Yahoo Mail without loging in to sky.com first: www.sky.com/signin/email

It is only present when you login to your emails and not your Sky account.

If you use Google messages for the web, you can get your messages on your desktop, even if you don't have your phone with you.

Re: How to cancel 2 step authentication for my yahoo emails

Hi,

Thank you for responding.

I was specifically looking for logging into sky account, which now requires two-step authentication. I frequently use my desktop to log into my sky account (emails are also on mobile so thats not an issue for me) and it is quite frustrating because if I don't have my phone on me, I need to run around for my phone to other rooms to get the code.

I couldn't find any options to make my browser 'trusted', could anyone or someone from Sky assist in this please.

Kind regards

@Shaz594089 there's no such option.

The best you can do is make it less inconvenient as @jayach suggested.

Thank you for the suggestion, but this option seems to work on Android phones only - is there any alternative for IOS?

I hadn't thought about that, as I use Android. Is your desktop Apple or Windows?

My desktop is Windows, couldn't find any option to overcome this issue.

Unfortunately I think you are right. I'll have to remember to add "if you have an Android phone" should I suggest it in future.
