Thanks, Mark39.
I tried multiple times asking the Sky chatbot 'How do I report suspicious emails?' but clearly it doesn't understand simple English (maybe I should have tried some other languages instead?) It couldn't make sense of 'Can I please speak to an agent?' either. Does this 'thing' understand anything? Does it serve any useful function at all? 🙂

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Clayliner I've not used Sky's chat bot, but I doubt it's any better than the others I've used elsewhere, where you just go round in circles.....

Mark 39: - yes, it's seems as useless as others I've come across. So why don't they either fix it or scrap it?
caesarome: I eventually found it, buried deep in the Sky website, and just what I wanted, but it was exhausting getting to it!
Thanks, David.
