I'm trapped in an endless loop of phone numbers that send to me to online help and online help that sends me back to the same phone number. My email is locked. In order to reset it, I'm being asked a security question that I know the answer to but, the system is not accepting. I have no other options, just the one question, I can't reset via another email. I'm my sky account no problem, but anytime I get anywhere near the question of email the system hits the same loop. This sytem is horrendous. Can someone please help?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreMake sure you're entering the answer to the security question exactly as you originally gave - for example, same capitalisation, spaceing, punctuation etc.
If you still can't reset your password you'll have to speak to Sky. If the number you're calling gives you no option but to direct you to online help (say silent if you're prompted for a response) try calling the standard customers service number. You can find it via the 'need more help' link towards the bottom of the page here: https://www.sky.com/help/home
