How do I change my email address

I'm looking to change my email address how do I do it please

You can't change your physical email address. Do you mean you want to change your Sky 'household account email address' in your Sky account details?

I already have a sky email account, I just need to change it can it be done

No. It would mean a new email address, and Sky no longer permit new email addresses.

If you want a new email address then you can set one up at either Outlook.com (Microsoft) or Gmail (Google) and use this as your new address.

I have a gmail address and this is the one i want to use but if I get emails from sky they will come to my old email address which won't be active next week

@Chris497 you can change the email address Sky are using to contact you here: https://www.sky.com/mydetails/sky-id

and here: https://www.sky.com/mydetails/account-info

There may be a delay after you've changed it, before the new email address starts to be used.
