How do I access my sky.com email

I have a Facebook account linked to my sky.com email and i need to access it, but i have forgotten the details. They keep sending a code to my sky.com email address but I can no longer access that email address.

 

How can I access that account please? Sick of Facebook trying to tell me I am dead!!!
