Yes. Mark it as spam, but otherwise ignore it. The link will take you to a fraudulent site to capture your log in details.

If you keep being sent these @jonathan7 keep marking them as spam so they get deleted. Nothing will happen to your account as there is never a need for you to do anything to it to keep it active other than to keep using it by logging into it at the Sky website.
