Hospitalised Account Holder

The account holder took sick on holiday and is currently intubated, on ventilator, etc in a hospital in the Dominican Republic. The family needs access to his emails to give them his medical insurance details. Unfortunately we only know his email address but not his password for access.  Is there a work around or an option please. Thank you.

@Pat184 No email provider can give you access to someone elses account, it doesn't matter what the circumstance is.

You could try using the "forgotten password option" however you would need access to what ever device or email is set to receive the reset code/link.

@Pat184 In the circumstances, I'd suggest speaking to Sky's Accessibility team: https://www.sky.com/help/accessibility-information/contacting-sky-accessibility/articles/contacting-...
