I was informed that a spam email had been sent to someone from me, which I didn't send.
I looked on my sent messages and they were all deleted, which I hadn't done.
I changed my password and about a week after that the same person said they received another spam email from me.
Any ideas on what to do?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThese emails have been designed to make it look like they have come from you which unless you can see them in your sent folder they haven't which means that you probably haven't been hacked.
