Fraud issue - cant speak to anyone !

My sky email has been compromised I had a few emails for change password on a couple of accounts I have for online retailers.....I visited the effected sites and changed my passwords...the 'hacker' emailed me to ask why I keep changing the password and they can just change it back so I have contacted each retailer to advise but I now want to deactivate my sky email account as this has happened before....I do also have a yahoo account can I deactivate sky without effecting my yahoo one ? I don't really use the sky one anyway I can't find the answer online and I can't get through sky as I don't have any other sky products ?

Your Sky Yahoo Mail and Yahoo mail accounts aren't linked.

I would suggest simply setting up 2 step verification so that a code is sent to your mobile when you (or anyone else) tries to log in.

If you don't log in to your Sky Yahoo Mail for a time (6 months, I believe) it will automatically be closed.

Thankyou for your reply I have set up the two step verification now, hopefully this won't happen again.
