Empty Archive

Just checked my archive folder and everything before the start of the month has gone, no I haven't accidentally deleted them, they've just disappeared, any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately Yahoo Mail does seem to arbitrarily delete emails from, time to time. We've seen a number of reports here of similar incidents although more often than not it's emails in the Inbox.

You could try Yahoo's recovery utility here, but if it doesn't recover them, they're gone for good I'm afraid (unless you kept a backup copy): https://uk.help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN2552.html

Thanks for your help, seems I've lost them for good, bloody ridiculous.Looks like change of email supplier is coming.

Have you got a Google account, if so then you would have a Gmail email address. Personally never had one email go missing with them.
