I cannot see my emails before 2020 and I have not deleted them

I am trying to find my emails before 2020 (the emails for 2019) and I cannot go before 2020. What has happened as I have not deleted them.

Can you see them if you log in here: https://www.sky.com/signin/email ?

If not they're probably gone, I'm afraid. Yahoo has a nasty habit of randomly losing emails.
