No. It's an attempt to scam you into revealing your user id and password. There are no new terms and conditions for Sky Yahoo Mail. Just mark it as spam.

Sky would address you by your actual name and not "Dear valued client" and they would send you an email out of the blue wanting you to click links in it,

It's a scam intended to obtain log in details &/or bank account information.
As others have said genuine emails will address you by name & not a generic Dear User or Dear Customer.
