Just noticed today that my emails are not being received on my phone Last one was 6 days ago. We recently cancelled Sky TV but kept the broadband on so that we could retain our email addresses. I can access them through the Sky website, Outlook and Mailbird on the computer which doesn't help if I'm out and about. My wife has the same make and model of phone and doesn't seem to be having any problems with hers. Any advice greatly appreciated.

Do you get any form of error message on the phone? I assume you are using the gmail app on the phone?
