Cannot get mail

I keep getting a message that says cannot connect to the server and it is now becoming painful what can be done to fix this

Then what imposter above applies as there have been issues with this for a while so you might want to try an alternative ways to access your email account.

@Paul+Mcilgrew  How are you accessing your email?  Windows, Android, Apple, what software are you using for mail?

 

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Are you using the email app on an iphone ?

 

You can also access your emails via here:

 

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/

 

Ir via the Outllook app instead.
