Should we report it somehow to Sky?  Should we report to Yahoo?

if yes, any idea how we do this?

Presumably they both have a response target to have their e-mail back up and running?

Any advice much appreciated as never had this problem before and awaiting important mail.

@Apasc  I'm fairly sure Yahoo would be aware given the size of their user base that includes users other than Sky customers.

You could try their twitter or facebook pages to complain.

Up and running again now, thanks to whoever rebooted the Yahoo servers.

Hopefully it wasn't a hack and our data remains safe 😄

July 1st 22 today and my emails have stoppede coming and going on both my iPhone and desktop.  I use Microsoft 365 on tyhe desktop and it has worked fine until yesterday.  The iPhone uses whatever Apple provide for mail.    What is going on?  I understand now, although Sky didn't choose to tell me, that they don't much care for Outlook 365, but that is ridiculous as it is the standard I'd have thought.  

Any suggestions?

I'm having same problem sky keep telling me contact yahoo the yahoo won't help cos they want a yahoo email originated have to pay a premium number to sort this technical issue which is caused by sky! 

I need help sky can't be bothered they keep telling me contact yahoo when I can't contact them I'm not a yahoo customer.

What same problems are you having as you haven't quoted any post so it is difficult to know who you are replying to ?
