I can’t find my emails

I followed the instructions and clicked the peron top right then yahoo mail but it just took me back to the sky app front page??

My Sky / Yahoo emails stopped working about 30 minutes ago. Can't access my account across all platforms (Online, MS Outlook on Win 10, and iPhone mail app). Looks like a Sky / Yahoo problem. 

I hope Sky get their head out of the sand and start talking to Yahoo to get this fixed. Probably a certificate expired on the server or something simple. But it won't fix itself and someone is going to have to find and fix the problem which doesn't happen until they get beyond the denial / finger pointing stage. 😠

I cannot access emails on either my phone or my desktop.

I tried going throught the help on sky but it is a circular Q&A. Total waste of time!!!

Can anyone tell me what to do I have never experienced this before but its not good. It stopped working at around 4pm.

Let's see, Monday evening, fault occurs after office hours, fault lies with Yahoo, at a guess, I'd say sometime on Wednesday before anyone even admits that there is an issue and then, maybe, just maybe, they'll do something about it.

When I click on the link to open my sky email - all that happens is that it goes back to the home page - cannot ever get to the log in page

Your image was rejected as it contains personal information (Sky ID login name).

Your image contains your Sky ID so for security reasons can not be shown.

Can not reach my sky Yahoo Email accont, keep seeing Sky home page advertising Sky Glass.

Tried email help, which returns to sky home page.

Computer short cut to sky yahoo email account sign in, just goes to Sky home Page.

No access to sky yahoo email.
