For a few weeks now my emails aren't downloading and at the bottom of the page I keep getting this error;
Emails not downloading from server
Anyone else having issues and how do I fix it?
I tried deleting the app and reinstalling but it's just as bad. I'm on ISO VERSION 16.2.

Yes, I've had the same for months! Plus I can receive emails but not send them, I've had to download a new email app.

6 months now and this is a daily issue. Real problems when you get sent a one time passcode with short shelf life.
GET IT SORTED SKY REDICULOUS.

If you are refering to the generated passwords, they do not expire. I doubt you mean 2FA as they have not been available for 6 months.

The irony of this. Is that this reply generated an email. Using my iPhone and clicking on the mail icon which has my sky/yahoo email account linked locked and loaded, to open the email I find it's not downloaded from the server 😂
am also just on the phone to my daughter car insurance company. 35 mins so far to get a code to set up her black box. This was apparently sent in an email that is not downloaded from the server. Three weeks ago and still not downloaded. 😳

I'm referring to any site that sends an email to me with a code to access anything. Eg. ticker. Car insurance. Sends a one time code to set up policy access, black box etc. can't open the email to get the code.
Scottish power have sent me an email to upload my meter readings. Can see the title but not downloaded.
I've tried to buy something through living social. They send the voucher code to my email. Can't order it yet because email not downloaded from server.
it's not a case of waiting either as some of these emails are weeks old.
router has been switched on and off that many times. Same as my phone.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Shazzag69 that's understood. But can you login via the link @caesarome posted, and do you see your emails there? That rules out any issue with whatever email app you're using on your iPhone.

It's not all emails or all on the same day. Only those that are really important !!

There is no known cure, the only option is to use a different app.
Try Outlook.

Yes this is how I have to access emails with any confidence. It's the iOS app compatibility that's been the issue for some time. And it was only from a specific unknown date. It never happened before. So the work that needs to take place is around iOS compatibility. Maybe android as well but I'm not an android user??
