I'm not sure that there's anything to be done to solve this, to be honest? If Sky have identified that these email accounts are responsible for generating scam emails or other undesirable content it's not unreasonable for them to block them.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSurely the easiest thing to do would be to use an alternative email address and use that, if you don't have another then you could set one up at Gmail as I don't see this getting fixed anytime soon.

I am unable to change email's as it requires a verification email to change which i am not receiving

unforntuanlty i cant get into the account to change it and I cant request to change it as it appears Sky is blocking me from sending emails to there account
