@lenz294 yes, that's because in Incognito mode, Sky's website opens up without using any stored cookie. Clearing your browser cache has the same effect, by deleting cookies stored on your device.

If incognito mode (also called InPrivate on some browsers) works, it tends to say it is a cache/cookie problem, as has been suggested multiple times in this thread.

I can now get to the page to type my username but it won't accept my password but when I click on "forgotten password" it takes me to my Sky page but I can't get a link to reset my password
