Email sort by sender options

Hi all.

I have two email accounts with Sky / Yahoo.

On the 'sort by options' on one account there is all the options including 'sort by sender', but on the other account there are only four options.  How do I add the other options to this please?

How are you accessing these accounts, there are only 4 options on mine, via the web.
