Or are you saying the emails are from a aknown person?

Spoken to sky today they told me to change my settings in sky shield. Apparently if you click on something it opens the world up for someone or group to send you anything they want

They are junk mails known as spam so keep marking them as spam so that the system learns that it should be sending these to your junk folder.

I agree. The Sky Broadband Shield won't make any difference to emails.
@wallsendrfc78 if this spam is a real concern you could try switching to another email provider that you might find more effective at blocking it. Pfor example, personally I rarely get junk via Sky Yahoo Mail or Gmail, but I do via Hotmail.

If they are already going into spam, there is nothing you can do. The system has already detected them as spam, and there is nothing anyone can do to stop spammers sending spam. (more's the pity)

Others will require you to log in to webmail to create that rule.
