Have done this, so hopefully all will be ok. I regularly login via the skuly site so am baffled why they think it is inactive. Such a pain trying to find a number to speak to anyone at sky 😡

it would be nice if there was a subsequent confirmation email to say "thanks for logging in (in the correct way, whatever that is!), you're email account will not now be closed"
.. but that would be expecting too much!

I have the same use it regularly and btw the link goes to the yahoo email page right? I do that everyday!

Sky email account to be closed!
With Sky I get an email account. Thank you. But they mailed to say I don't use it and they will close it. But I do use it. Not much, but I do. And my mail app checks it constantly. This must be happening to others. Who should I contact?

The reason you will have been sent this email is because you do not login online here on a regular basis:
https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/
So if you do this now and perhaps at least once per month you will not have any issues with your account being closed.

It forces open the yahoo app but I had to manually go into a browser and open it. That worked but what an odd thing!

Am I in the right email page with the blue bar at the top and my emails listed? I don't use that web page usually..

If you use the link I posted then yes you are in the correct place so you need to do this to keep your email account open, so perhaps set yourself a reminder to do this on the 1st of each month ?
