recover code when I set up the 2 code cant find the email

I can find the recover code which was sent via email. As I dont always have my phone handy its a pest when am trying to get into my email this 2 code. I wish I had never access it. Please somone help it driving me mad

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

Without the recovery code there's nothing you or anyone here on the forum can do to turn off the 2 step login. I don't know if Sky can help if you call them?

Im not sure if Sky would be able to help so when you are logged into your account have you checked your trash folders for it ?
