Email -incorrect sender name despite it being updated multiple times

I changed my email name to my married name multiple times through many different channels. However no matter what I do, where I change it, the email display name still comes through to people as my maiden name. I've changed in mail setting, signatures, account settings, all have the correct married name, but haven't updated as the sender of the email. What else can I do to get this amended and it's driving me crazy now 🙂

How do you access your emails @jolw83 do you go online at Sky.com or do you use an app or program like Outlook ?

You can not change your email address (i.e. something(a)sky.com )

However you can change the name people see, associated with that address.You would do that at Settings  - more settings - Mailboxes, choose your Sky email and edit "Your name".
