Email concern
I received an email from Sky with a code to reset my password. However I didn't need or ask to reset my password
and the email address it was sent to is an email address of mine that I do not use for Sky. I am trying to report this to Sky,
but cannot find a way to do this, as it is not a scam email. Should I just ignore it? I appreciate any help.

Re: Email concern
If you didn't request this emai then it might not actually be from Sky but instead by a scammer who is trying to capture your Sky account details so they can order phones and tablets.
If you want to forward this email to Sky then you can do so via this address but it is unlikely you will receive a reply:
abuse@sky.uk

Have to set up two factor authentication on either your Sky account or your Sky email account, if you have then this is why you have received it. If you haven't set this up then my post above yours might apply.
