Email compromised, now recovered but no old emails

My Sky/Yahoo Email was hacked and sent phishing email to all my contacts. Sky Password and memorable security question was changed by scammer. After hours of calls account now secure after advised to set up a recovery Gmail account but lost all historical emails, only ones seen from yesterday when password changed. In a loop with Sky helpdesk who say it's Yahoo issue, they say not enough admin rights to help, call Sky. Help please as too many hours spent being sent to wrong person, on hold, then cut off, can not seem to get help from Sky or Yahoo to take ownership

Login to your online account:

 

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/


Go to Settings > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.

 

Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address

 

And again remove anything here that you did not setup.
