Email advising account blacklisted

I've had an email from Ky support saying there is an upgrade and my account is blacklisted as its out of date and will be shutdown in 48 hours and that I need to update. Is this a scam?

Yes, it's an attempt to scam you. There are no 'upgrades' for Sky Yahoo Mail. Just mark it as spam.
