Hi, when I send a email it brings up a different name to the recipient which makes my emails look like spam. I've looked in all my settings and can't see where this information is coming from

Login to your online account:

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/

Go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Your Name

If it is wrong then change it here.

If you have had to make a change then logout and change your password:

https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/
