Email address query

Hi when i send emails it comes up its from Chase Alert above my email address

Login to your online account:

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/

Go to Settings (the screw icon on the right hand side) > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.

Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address

And again remove anything here that you did not setup.

If you have had to make a change then logout and change your password:

You might want to give some thought to setting up two step verification as per this:

If you do set this up it in important that you make a note of and keep safe the recovery code.

Hi I'm in settings from the left hand side and nothing for more settings

I have looked everywhere on y i phone settings and i pad yahoo email settings to see if i can change the name that shows up from emails received from me. It comes up from Chase Alert and i cant find how to remove it

@Mark797 you need to log in via the web address in @caesarome's post, rather than an app. Use your browser's desktop mode if you're using a tablet or other mobile device.

Click on the cog for settings, then at the bottom of the pop up select 'more settings'.

You need to do it via the link I posted for you yesterday and not any email app you have installed and are using on those devices.

All fixed thanks everyone just needed a lap top not anything APPLE RELATED !!!
