Can’t get into emails keep getting incorrect password message

For days I have tried to access my sky email account, and keep getting an error message saying incorrect password, I then have to get an access code and that takes me into the main sky account, I have tried every suggestion that comes up and to reset the password, each time I end up back at the main sky website, I have tried getting help via the virtual assistant, which is totally useless it just keeps giving me the link to reset password, I can access my Sky account from the app on my iPhone and iPad, but not the emails, I can't access anything from my Windows PC I get the same message for both Sky account and Emails incorrect password. I am loosing the will to live, hoping someone can help the password is correct it has not been changed since I was in 3 or 4 days ago.

What is happening when you try to reset your password, are you not able to do this either ?

I cant do that either, I can't sign in to sky at all not even to reply to this post, I think I will need to phone sky if I can actually get to speak to someone

Managed to phone Sky and get it sorted , not sure what caused the issue but glad it has been fixed

How did sky fix it as I am having the same issue
