Hello. I am really struggling to access any details . All my email info is a mess (afraid I am not very tech savvy and over the years have changed things lots)
I had my sky.com email account hacked about 2 weeks ago and spoke to a person at Sky for help. He closed my email account and created a new email address and password. I coudn't use it and have had to create a new one for some info I needed urgently.
I would now like this Outlook address to be my single address but can't update as 1 address closed and other addresses are not recognising anything. How can I update ? Will it neeed another call?

That isn't actually possible, no new Sky email addresses have been allowed for a long time now.
Unfortunately Sky agents seem to know very little about email, so calling them is not likely to be much help.
Normally, after an account has been compromised (i.e. a scammer has gained access to it, it is very unlikely to have been "hacked") all they would do is enforce a password change.
Are you still able to get access to your Sky account here, using your Sky email address?

Find out moreAs @jayach has said it hasn't been possible to create a new Sky email address for years so I doubt they actually did this and as for closing your account I would be surprised if they did that so what happens when you try to access it here via this link:

If you can access it then go to Settings > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.
Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address
And again remove anything here that you did not setup.
Then logout and change your password:

What error message do you get when you try?
