SKY EMAIL ACCESS DENIED NOT 6 MONTHS!!

I haven't been able to access my mail account for over 6 months, sky have washed their hands of me and won't help. I keep getting this error message, Does anyone know how to fix it please 🙏🏼

Do you use anything like a VPN on the device you are using to try to login to your Sky email account ?

Yep, as @caesarome posted, that error is usually associated with a VPN.

What device are you using, so an iPad or iphone perhaps ?

My laptop and iPhone both do it

What is a VPN? How do I know what to look for? There was some windows update last year, since then I get the error 🤦🏻‍♀️

If you don't know what it is then you will not being using it.

As both devices are doing this have you tried rebooting your broadband router by leaving it off for 5 minutes before powering it back up again ?

You say the error is also occurring on your phone. Have you tried with the phone not connected to your Wi-Fi?

Are you using a browser to access your email on the phone, have you tried with an app instead?

Was it occuring before and after you had full fibre fitted? Who are you with for the fibre?

I usually use mail but I can't access it anymore on my laptop. Ive tried the app and through MySky but still nothing. I also tried Safari and Firefox. After fibre was fitted and sky fitted it. We've had loads of issues. The different blokes that have been to fix it have said, they have told sky what is wrong but they are refusing to believe them. It is a lot better than it was a year ago mind, last year every just kept breaking down.

You mention a laptop and a phone, but also safari, so are these Apple devices? If not what are they?

The edgesuite error message is strange, and it suggests your I.P. address may be being blacklisted.

If you have had engineers in for broadband problems, and they have apparently told Sky what is wrong, what is it they think is wrong?
