Email account access

Hi

i have an email account that was set up prob about 20 years ago with sky which was related to my parents account at the time. Do they have an access to this now as I have new password etc will it be completely private to me?

No, your password is personal to you. Be sure to use a strong one if you don't want other parties to be able to guess it.

No there is no way anyone can access your email account, unless they know the password.
