Not receiving emails

I belong to a dating site for over 50s. This is a normal site, not explicit or sexual. I realised a couple of weeks ago that I'm not receiving emails from the site. I contacted them to ask why, and was informed they can no longer send me e mails and this was a decision by my provider. They suggest I use a different email address but I don't want to do this. I can find no reason for this and I have no shield up to prevent contact. I can find no answers anywhere. Can anyone give me any advice please ? Many thanks

Have you checked that these emails are not ending up in your junk or spam folders, if they are not then you might have to use an alternative address with this site.

@Sheila+CMC it's difficult to be able to help without knowing the detailed error message in the bounce report the sender receives. It's possible that the email content has been seen (incorrectly) as spam.

 

It would be simplest to,set up an email account with a new provider, such as Gmail.

@caesarome Hi yes that's the first thing I did. I then contacted the site and was told they can no longer deliver emails to this address and it was a decision made by the provider. I couldn't get any further information

Hi When I log into the site I get an immediate message saying my email address is no longer working so please update it to ensure I receive emails from them.

I'm receiving emails from other senders.

Sounds very odd but all you can do is to use an alternative email address or ask them what you can use with the site.
