When I try to sign in I get a page showing the blank boxes to enter a six digit code which is supposed to be sent to my phone ending 826, but I never receive a code.

@Aidan3 there's a known fault causing this, affecting some customers. Until it's resolved you can use your Recovery Code to turn off 2 step verification.
If you didn't make a note of it, you'll have to call Sky, who can turn it off for you.
